First day of bbg

Hey all, I'm Siu and just completed first day of bbg...needless to say I only made it through 15 mins or so and my legs are jelly! I need modivation to keep going! Any new moms out there that are breastfeeding but struggling to lose the baby weight? What are you doing to consume enough calories to maintain supply?

    Just finished pre-week one! So tough! Not a new Mom, but definitely could use the support and motivation to keep going!

    I just did pre-week one myself! So tough, but I'm glad I did it. I'm not a mom, but my mom may be starting soon, too! Yay!

    I'm on week two! The toughest part are those damn burpees. I'm not flexible at all so they are extra tough.
