Sorry about the late creation for this week. So what was the good, bad, and the ugly?

For my weigh in for Sunday, I was down 2 pounds from the previous Sunday, and I'm down a bit from then already. I had an extremely busy weekend. My wife and I had to go into Modesto (a larger town for us) so I ended up going to Home Depot and bought some materials for a DIY garage shelving system I read about in the latest Family Handyman magazine. My wife would prefer if the garage wasn't tied up for projects so I wanted to complete it ASAP. Also at Home Depot, a Solar City rep approached us and I've always been wanted to check it out but I do have some shade on my roof but it's no cost/no obligation for them to visit and see what's up, so I signed up.

On Sunday, the Solar City rep showed up early and did his thing. The followup site survey happened today and I'm to get a design plan of a system for my situation along with the predicted power generated by it. After the guy left on Sunday, I got to my project and yeah, that took a long time and I worked into the Monday morning mostly finishing it. I installed it to the wall yesterday and I need to do a little tweaking because I messed something up (so that's my ugly). But I'm happy with how it is turning out plus I've been so active doing that, it's almost like a full blown workout. My back and shoulder were not happy yesterday but today, my back is doing good but my shoulder is still a little sore.

Anyways, I'm going into office tomorrow and staying in the Bay Area until Sunday so this should be a fun little trip for me. I hope y'all have a great rest of the week!

When you talk to the guy from the solar ask him what happens if they went under. Have you done any research on the solar? Look at some articles that have come up, also I don't think in my area they are buying the power. Just some things to think about before commiting.

Thanks for the stuff to think about Debbie. I have been looking into other options and still trying to figure things out.
