Laura my hubby says same thing, realtor said she will make sure all is correct on paperwork we notarize. We have talked about getting a po box if it becomes a problem, i get very little mail as i do most billing online but there are things i care about like new credit cards which just got mailed to my sister n law who is our legal address this summer. We have a temp po box at store for summer here.
Day 5 of rash and trying to decide about doctor. Was hoping not to have to take strong medicine for it.
No exercise till this is better. Air still yuck. I guess I should count days lol 20 days to fresh air!0 -
That stinks about the rash, Marla. Might be worth it to get it looked at if it isn't clearing up.
I'm still not sleeping well so I'm just exhausted - the kind of tired where you mean to say one word and another word that doesn't make sense comes out (I've done that at least 3 times today, plus however many times I didn't actually catch it). I'm doing the ZMix class (pilates, body sculpting, yoga & core), but that's immediately after work - in fact I need to leave work a little early to get there in time. It's a 5 minute walk from my office anyway. I had to miss it last week because I was sick. Even though I'm tired I'm more likely to sleep well after taking this class than I would if I just went home & sat all evening.
My niece's husband is doing some work on my house this weekend (replacing a door & doing some exterior painting - I don't mind painting in general, but this involves getting on a ladder and I'm not a fan of that) and he's coming over later to measure. I should mow my lawn when I get home, but we'll see how I feel after class. By the time I got home the past couple nights I just didn't have the energy to get anything done so I have projects I need to tackle inside the house too.0 -
Ok well i just about had a melt down today. I went into immediate care and first young doctor told me I definitely had the shingles! I freaked, asked him a ton of questions so he said would you feel better if you had second opinion? I said yes because pharmacist had told me a few days ago didnt look like shingles. So older doc comes in and says it definitely usnt shingles.
Now i could pay money for biopsy and test, but they said if its shingles I just have to ride it out as only med they give is in first 48 hrs of rash i have had for 5 days.
Older doc precribed a stronger cream for me and said it will help if its what he thinks it is and wont hurt if it is shingles.
I felt confused but got cream and pharmacist was real nice and told me to get B vitamins for stress.
Meanwhile my hubby comes unglued and freaks out over it all, as if my blood pressure wasnt already up before i even saw the doctors!
Needless to say, tough day. Was told i need to relax. Val that would be like having all your kids sick and crying and someone saying just relax! Yeah sure....
I think the hardest thing is I have no support here, no friends and family. I don't want to worry my 87 yr old mom and daughter i am close to has a ton of stress in her life now, i refuse to add to it. I did text younger daughter who told me to go to doc which is fine but an i love you would have worked better...0 -
Oh man. Hope the new cream helps Marla! Hopefully it's not shingles. I'd tend to trust the older doctor just because they've seen more & are diagnosing based on experience as well as knowledge. Hoping the smoke clears so you can get some walks in or something. I'm sure all the stress you've been under with selling your house & house hunting and the air quality isn't helping at all. Praying you find some peace!0
