Hello, im new to this site, just came across this board , and looks just for me.


A brief background, used to be very tiny around 7st, started running, and eating more regards to what my body media fit stated.... in short went from eating 1500-2600, most days the body fit media would say 2600-2800, i did notice i was becoming VERY lean, my bf was concerned i was loosing more weight, however due to my horror id put on about 7lbs in 2weeks...

-looking back, i guess this was due to water retention from muscle reapir??
-and maybe musle gain? (but to me at that point a gain was a bad gain)
....so since then suffered with a bad eating disorder mainly dipping from anorexia to bulimia.....
-eneded up gaining with bulimia, i have lost a bit now, but want to loose a stone to feel better....

i would like to eat more to loose, however due to this pst history bit, im terriffied! i dont want to gain the 1/2 stone ive lost as took so long after recovering from bulimia.

-i am stuck now as eat about 700-900 a day!, and similarly after a intese workout session with my trainer, i gained 3lbs back!!! , im a little stuck......

any advise!??

    I'd suggest slowly increasing your intake back up to TDEE while continuing your training schedule. Stay at TDEE for 6-8 wks then go back to cut of 5-10% for the four weeks and then go back to TDEE for a week. Keep cycling until you are at your goal BF.
