Hello - I'm back and retired

Hello everyone - I've been absent for almost two months. My retirement date was July 1st and we have been traveling since then. Awesome trips, Vegas, Alaska, Vegas, South Florida and home. Sorry I didn't keep in touch, but I just needed a break from reality. I think I did pretty good after retirement, I put on two lbs. BEFORE retirement I put on almost 8 lbs, there was a constant round of parties, gifts and gatherings. So much fun but deadly to the diet. I am back on track and hope to get those off quickly and move forward. I missed reading the chats and check ins. Glad to be back.

    Congratulations Deb !!! I am still working FT I can't wait till I can retire hopefully in 2 years. Welcome back, I am a "slow" loser. But I have learned so much from these great folks!!

    Deb, congrats on the retirement. Yeah, everyone wants to party when you retire. Just log and come here for inspiration, you'll lose those lbs. no worries. Welcome back.

    Now your "job" is to take care of your health and happiness.
