Vitamins and supplements - what types/brands are you taking?

Great to learn about the options out there...I'll have to check into those at Walgreens and Trader Joes. But, to save money I am using the Walmart equivalent to Flintstones Children's Chewable Multi with iron, twice a day. Also take D-3 5000 IU, B-12 250 Mcg sublig, Vitamin C 500 mg, Calcium Citrate Petite 2 tabs per day which contains 400 Mg Cal, 40 mcg Vitamin K and 500 IU Vitamin D....all of these I buy in large bottles from Sams Club. All my labs were outstanding just a month or so ago. I was not told to take Vitamin C but since I tend to be prone to colds and bronchitis I am hoping they might help me avoid being sick. Have not been so lucky this year so far. Since I gave up orange juice I figured taking Vitamin C was a good idea..in addition to vegetables with dinner. (if I can just get my other half to agree to have vegetables! ...I keep trying.)0
