Cristian Vlad Zot's books. Not the best writer, but pretty good stuff, and you can't beat the price -- free!

    I found his IF book to be so badly written that I gave up half way through: an awful mish mash of science and lame personal anecdote. I hardly ever give up on a book, but... There's a good IF book to be written, but that was not it.

    I searched Keto and low carb while I was there and found a few free cookbooks too. Haven't given them a look yet but there's bound to be at least a couple new ideas for me in there somewhere. One of them was all slow cooker recipes. I always tend to do a lot of that in the fall.
