Bed time snacks

I'm trying to figure out what's the best thing to eat before bed without raising blood glucose to high. Any suggestions? What do you usually have?

    I usually opt for a cheese stick or something like that.

    I'm big on frozen H2O with a water chaser. >:)
    I don't snack. LCHF dinner sees me thru just fine.

    Piece of bread with peanut butter IF I need it. I usually eat 1/2 cup of sugar free ice cream every night so I feel like I'm not depriving myself.

    @lizzym911 in your case I would probably eat 1/2 turkey sandwich. Seriously when I was fighting lows in the middle of the night that was my go to snack (eat it right before brushing teeth and going to sleep)
