Beginners Total body workout

Below is an exercise I enjoy doing on my off running days.
5-10 minute total body dynamic warm-up

Complete the following exercises in order with no rest between exercises:
20 body weight squats
10 push-ups
20 walking lunges
10 dumbbell rows (8-10 lb weight)
15 second plank
30 jumping jacks
Repeat the above circuit 3-5 times.
Finish the session with a cool-down and total body stretching.

If your muscles are not fatigued at the end of the duration of each exercise, add some weight or increase the reps/duration of exercise.
