Howdy! My 40th birthday is next month, and my husband will be taking me on a semi-surprise trip. I know it will involve a beach. I've been working toward a weight goal (need to lose 15-20 lbs) but haven't made much progress (only lost about 4 lbs the past few months). I have the working out part down (3-5 times a week), but I can't seem to get the healthy eating part under control. I wish it wasn't such a challenge for me!

I can definitely understand the difficulty in adjusting your eating. And quick fixes seldom work.
