Ok Life a bit rough at the mo! Had a tooth out on Monday and had to go back to dentist today Won't be running tomorrow unless the pain settles - and that makes me grumpy!

Welcome back spikesmom! So scary but we are glad that you are on the mend.
I did 3 miles this morning. At 70/100. Now I'm at the airport. On my way to Berlin!!! Feeling nervous. August is not a good month for training ergo September is not a good month for racing.

Welcome back, @spikesmom You were missed.
20 miles today, 16.4 in cycle class, 3.6 walking. 2.2 out of 4 of my NYC pounds have left me, so I'm happy about that and working on the remaining part. The food was worth it though. And if I hadn't walked over 20 miles those two days, it would have been ten or more.

Tested my knee with a short run and my race is still questionable. It looks like it is up to the big guy upstairs to let me know how it goes.
Sept. 24: 10.34 miles of running 3.4 miles and walking 7 miles.
