Bulking has halted my binge

Just an interesting thing.

I was having horrid binge episodes but now as I'm trying to bulk they seem to have stopped.
I've been pre logging my food and in the beginning I was just hungry all the time.

Adding fats to my breakfast seem to have helped as I now don't feel so hungry or having the urge to eat. I think that in the beginning I was binging a lot but now that I actually have so much food to eat during the day I end up not being able to. Just yesterday I bought a pot of ice cream as I hadn't really eaten most of my calories and I managed to stop a third before the ice cream was over. Something I never really did in the past.

I ended up the ice cream today as I had calories left and still a lot of food to eat. Bottom line is, as someone said before "when you have so much food to eat on a bulk, it ends up becoming boring and annoying."

Not sure if anyone else can relate but I thought it'd be helpful to share. I think pre logging also reminds me that I have more food to eat so I won't be starving by the end of the day.
