Directions
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
2. Cut the top off the pepper and clean out the seeds.
3. Spray the outside of the pepper with cooking spray.
4. In a small bowl, stir the sour cream into the chili and mix well to combine.
5. Fill the pepper with the chili.
6. Bake for 30 minutes, until the pepper is slightly soft.
7. Top with the shredded cheese.
8. Return to the oven and bake until the cheese is melted.
9.Top with the green onions.

1 spritz fat free, non stick cooking spray
1pkg Nutrisystem Chili with Beans
1/4 cup fat free shredded cheese
1 medium green bell pepper
1 tbsp fat free sour cream
1 tbsp green onions, chopped
