fitness instructor who can't lose weight

I am a 58 year old fitness instructor who has problems losing weight.
I teach 6 cardio and 2 lower intensity(yoga & pilates) a week.
I can't submit my exercise to my daily log (I've tried, no loss) now I only enter my food. I eat whole foods. Limited meat, dairy, and carbs and don't go over allotted calories. Still no loss.
I try mixing up my cardio (toning, boot camp, dance) but I really don't want to take on more. I know dropping more calories isn't healthy (1200/cal now)
Any ideas?

Maybe focus on adjusting macronutrients?0
