    Exercise: I did a quick run today. It actually felt really good to run the entire time. This is the first run since getting my Gymboss that I didn't do a run/walk combo.

    @MelissaPhippsFeagins - jury duty is such a responsibility, but I remember it being sooo boring. Good luck with it.

    I have been using my stressful days as a bit of a fasting period. Not sure it is the healthiest mental approach, but it does help to avoid the emotional eating that I could be doing.

    Exercise: not even a walk...I was actually on a jury today. By the end of the day, I wanted to yell at the prosecutor to please not wave a shotgun in my face. Muzzle discipline... please. I would have dressed my boys down for treating a gun that way. I did it to my 15yo over a paint gun, in front of his friends. Then I apologized to all of them for losing it and explained to all of them that there "real" hunting rifles in our home and that all guns must be treated as deadly, loaded and off safety.

    Exercise: I did my run today. I don't think yesterday's pasta helped. I actually overdosed on pasta and mentioned the running thing like it was all planned. Ha, ha, ha, ha. I did my normal slogging around, but the important thing is I did it.

    @MelissaP I do believe that jury duty is getting to you. I hope it's over by now, but if not, hang in there. Also, thanks for practicing safe gun practices. People don't realize how painfully destructive they can be.
    @bbinoa Pizza sounds yummy. I may have to plan for that myself real soon.
    @jenthibert I guess you'll be working out tomorrow and Saturday. You can do it!

    Tomorrow is a 10.5 mile run. Filled up on some pizza tonight. I think I've said it before but when I eat like this now, it actually makes me feel "food drunk" I'm also amazed that was how I ate in the past several times a week. Yuck. :s
