Exercise: Yesterday I enjoyed a 4 mile stroll with a friend, and today I did a run/walk combo for over 11 miles. It was brutal. Those last 2 miles I know I did more walking than running. I went a different route today, and I believe it was more hilly. I was glad I survived it. Ha!

@bbinoa I'm not sure if MFP has a limit on calories burned or not. After 10.5 miles, I'm pretty certain you were not in the red. When I was out today, I was strongly questioning my half marathon. I can't imagine a full marathon, but I know you can do it. Keep at it, and it's bound to get easier.

Happy Labor Day all! Decided I needed a break from stuff today. Took the activity tracker off, made an awesome lasagna dinner, had the bread and some wine. No working out and I'm not logging much either (ooh rebel!) Lol! Have been feeling very burnt out lately and think I need a little mental break.

@Laughter_Girl I am sure you could hike. You can run. I would start with an easy trail with not much elevation change. I was hiking with Boy Scouts working on a hiking merit badge on Saturday. There ended up being 59 people in the group.0 -

I don't care that I was red. I am feeding a cold. By the time today is over, I think my throat will be so swollen that I can't swallow. (that's usually how this goes - cold symptoms, sore throat, allergic bronchitis) if I average the two days out, it will be green.
@Laughter_Girl: Jurors in TN are on a panel for six weeks at a time. I have to go at least once a week until October 6.
