No beans

I'm really interested in eating clean, and toying with reducing meat intake. But all the recipe books I've looked at are very reliant on beans, which I hate. Any thoughts on best ways to make sure I get enough protein?

i don't really care for beans either but, found i actually like black beans with a tbsp of a mild veggie salsa mix into them. the
salsa made the beans not taste so much like blah beans..

i don't eat them often though nor eat meats or eggs regularly so i like to use manitoba harvest's organic hemp hearts to help meet my daily fat & protein needs. you can add them in pretty much everything (i really like them in my morning breakfast shake & mixed into some quinoa best). you can also just eat them as is, they are shelled hemp seeds and have a light raw nutty taste.. 3tbsp of hemps has 10g of protein, adds up when you add it to a few foods/meals a day.

Eggs, cheese, greek yogurt, quinao... if you do a search for vegetarian protein sources, you'll find lots of options.
