Currently not seeing any results still....trying to cut bodyfat but the below is not working.
Height 152cm
Weight 127lbs
Waist 27.5
Hips 38.5
Current routine. Stronglifts with short cardio after or active rest in between sets, cardio one day, plus netball and sometimes spin once a week.
I weigh pretty much all of my food as well.
Been told to aim for 1500 but doesn't seem to be working.
Given up alcohol now for 3 weeks too.
I track daily
I track everything
Got macros set at 40/30/30 (p/c/f)
Have cheat meals once per week, maybe two.
Never actually lost, always gained. Sometimes a loss is shown only if I stop lifting and do loads of cardio.
No thyroid issues
Not breast feeding

Hi
Why are you bumping? Could you complete the questions laid out in the thread I linked. Thanks0 -
Things you should try to provide for specific intake questions:
Provide your stats (height/weight/age/bodyfat% if you know it/etc)
Height:152cm
Weight: 57.6kg
Age 29
Body fat estimate 25%
What's your current gross intake of calories, on average? 1550 estimate
What's your current average intake of protein, carbs, and fats, in grams? (GRAMS, not percent!)
Carbs approx 120g
Protein approx 120g
Fats approx 55g
Do you use a food scale and measure everything?
Yes
Do you track all of your intake, daily? (Everything?)
Yes
Do you take cheat days or days off?
Mainly one or two cheat meals per week
How much weight have you lost so far and over what time period?
None unless I've done excess cardio and no weight training
Describe your activity (exercise and non exercise) and did you change that activity withing the last couple of months?
Stronglifts with active rest sets/netball once a week/ cardio after weights/swim/ spin once a week maybe
How long have you been stalled and if it is not a complete stall please be very specific as to how much you have lost over the stalled period.
Never lost really only gained
Are you breastfeeding? No
Do you have thyroid issues/risks or PCOS? No
Also, please ensure that you have your diary open.
Please start a new thread with your questions so that we can more easily respond

How much weight have you gained over the past 4 weeks and how did your exercise activity compare to prior to that? Any changes in your cardio/lifting routine or frequency? What is your lifting routine?
Re cheat meals - do you log them?0 -
Yep always log cheat meals as best I can.
Seem to just be gaining 1-2lbs which sticks. I only want to lose about 7lbs. I stopped stronglifts as I felt bulky then switched to more cardio and with more emphasis on higher reps with split routine, literally lost about half a pound but felt really soft with less strength. Was doing this more often too. Now I'm back on stronglifts...every other day with short cardio after or between sets, netball once a week with a bit of cardio before and an extra cardio of spin or cross training.0 -

As you started back on stronglifts 2 weeks ago, it is hard to work out a trend for your weight as you will be retaining some water. When we start lifting, we retain on average about 4lb of fluids, which is probably why you have seen a small pop in your weight over the last few weeks.
I would like to see what your weight does over another 2 weeks to take water weight fluctuations out of the equation. Keep your calories at the same level, and then get back to us so we can tweak anything as needed.
Also, could you confirm that your weight 2 weeks ago was about 1 - 2lb more than it is now.0 -
Ok will do.
I'd say I was about 1lb less a couple of weeks ago when I switched to lighter lifting with split sets and cardio.0 -
Locking for now so we can keep track of active threads. Could you PM either myself or SideSteel when you are ready to update us, including a link to this thread, and we will unlock it so you can post, and we will look at any further tweaks if necessary. You can contact us earlier if you have any further questions or comments however.0
