what's next (the wks after comp...)

so i'm doing photos this sunday not a comp, then going into a "chill / maintaince" mode.
my friend has her last comp this wkend... it's her 3rd in 4 wks, i think.

my question for you gals is, what do you typically do directly after your "season" is complete. i figure chill for about 2-3 months (unless i get bored orn restless beforehand) diet-wise then start my bulk / cut phases for 2014. stay in the gym as much as possible (b/c it keeps me sane) & enjoy a break . . . what do y'all do?

    I took a week off and am back at :O) this week I started training again. I am reverse dieting, adding 100 calories to my diet every week til I hold steady at a good healthy weight for training. Keep training until February-ish and start cutting again. I love to run but my trainer won't let me during competition season because I burn too much muscle. Weight training seems to be enough to drop the weight but its a mental thing. I have been thinking about doing a half marathon. I mean I can run 11 miles then work all day lol no prob. I have to keep busy or I get restless.

    oh and reverse diet!! My coach said if I don't up my calories slowly I could blow up like a balloon because of the stress put on my metabolism!! I don't have to reverse diet a whole lot since I want to lose a couple more inches off my waist but hopefully it works!! He said add a 100 calories a week until my weight is stabilized at whatever I consider my good normal to be
