Which activity level fits me best?

If I do kickboxing 5-6 times a week and occasionally treadmill, which level do I pick?
I am otherwise very sedentary, sitting at a desk all day. Total walking around outside to get to places per day probably equals about 40 mins, sometimes a lot less.

Since days is about worthless level of distinction (is 5-6 days of walking 30 min the same as your 5-6 days) - hours is better and used on better sites.
But is equal time walking the same workout as yours, or running the same amount of time?
Time of different activities is even better - and none of the sites move beyond exercise time and include more active daily level, you have to guess on adding them together.
You may estimate and guess close - you may not.
Start out better using this.
