Breakfast Ideas

I am getting burned out on eggs for breakfast. Does anybody have suggestions? I was wondering about making my own shakes but don't really have any recipes. Thanks in advance.

    I love my morning smoothie. It has 15 net carbs and 26 total carbs.

    1/2 cup full fat Greek yogurt
    1/2 small avocado
    2 cups spinach
    6 strawberries
    1/4 c blueberries
    1/4 c water

    You can decrease carbs by adjusting fruit/yogurt if you are very low carb.

    Sautéed garlic, ginger, greens and chicken.

    Any other meal you love, made ahead of time and ready to reheat. My favorite is leftover steak :)

    I do not often eat what you would call breakfast. But my "first" meal is most often a green salad with lots of oil. Sometimes I make a chicken salad or a pepper salad (which is basically potato salad sans potatoes) and eat it out of the bowl.
