Today I realized even though I haven fallen off the Wagon like lots of time in the past but this time within less than 2 weeks I am back on it and ready to give it my all. In the past I would have just kept having a pity party for myself and gave up on trying to lose weight.0

Should have posted this two days ago, but "Today I" accepted a part-time job offer at a fitness center in town! It wasn't the original front desk position I was hoping for, but I will be starting in child care with the option to transition to front desk when a position becomes available...

I have been wearing my daughters capris during the summer, but since its is getting much cooler now I decided to shop for a pair of jeans. For the past few months, I have gone from 2-3x to XL so I decided to try a few pairs in XL and to my great surprise the XL jeans are too large. I am now wearing L in jeans. Yeah ! Losing 40 lbs is the best thing that has happened to me this year0

Today I plugged in the wrong route on my phone and ran 11 km instead of the 10 km I intended. Considering I hadn't run more than 8.5 km up to this point of my training, it was a test of stubbornity. (I know it's not a real word but it's most apt). I got light-headed a couple of times but I did not die!0
