8th - 5.12
+ 32.22 week 1 = 37.34 miles so far!
(62.66 to go. So far, 5 days at 5+ miles, only 1 day below 3. Maybe I should have set some x miles/day goals. )0 -
My goal for September will be 120 miles (15 over 10,000 steps)
Week 1 - 21.4 miles (1/15)
Sept 8 - 3.2 miles
Sept 9 - 4.0 miles0 -
9 - 3.98 miles.
Total - 41.320 -
My fitbit died yesterday and we had to put my dog to sleep yesterday afternoon, so needless to say, I didn't feel like doing a whole lot when we got home anyway.
10 - 2.85 = 44.17 miles
Fully charged fitbit today and ready to do something to keep my mind and body active.0 -

Had an uh oh moment last night. The BF and I do weekly challenges through our fitbits...well, he's joined a challenge at his job and has a daily goal of 5 miles. Great, but our challenge is # of steps and he has shorter legs, so to reach his 5 miles, he gets nearly 2000 more steps per day than I do. Coming off a bad week, I'm going to have to step it up even more to meet not only my goals, but to beat him too!!!0 -

My back gave out on Sunday so I have made as many steps as my body would allow in the last couple of days...0 -
I have short legs too... How many steps does your BF record for a mile?
I'm not completely sure. We measured our strides and set our fitbits. I came in right at 2000 per mile. I think his was around 2200. Not a huge difference, but enough that I need to step it up some!!!
Sorry about your back! I know how frustrating that can be. Take it easy on it and get healthy. It's hard to listen to your body when your mind wants to do more, but so necessary/worth it in the long run!!!0 -

I actually feel good about my numbers this month, I am not pushing myself too much but still getting in my workouts but increasing my intensity and watching my diet trying to get rid of the 10 pounds I gained back so I can hopefully continue on to my ultimate goal
