Today is my 1st and official start of my weight loss journey. I'm not waiting until Sunday or Monday anymore. There's no day better than today! I've prayed and I've asked God to help me along the way with my day to day struggles.

I hope other 50 year old guys and gals will join so that we can help each other become more accountable for your health and well being.
