I don't know if he's logged in. I'm not active on my own feed (I just come straight here). He had that episode after the butterfly, but thought he was OK. Then he had a tri coming up, I think?

    Oops just seen this curls. Had posted about the break in an earlier thread and thanks a lot for the concern. I've been out of sorts for one reason or another.
    The one I worry about is MS_J1 who dropped off the face of the planet!!!
