What does a day of meals look like?

Here is a sample day on the hormone reset diet....beware! It's delicious!!
Breakfast of scrambled eggs in ghee
Stir fry of chopped onion, broccoli, dino kale or Swiss chard
Hot herbal tea or "Hot Chocolate" (Hot water, raw cacao or cocoa powder, stevia, dash of cinnamon, touch of vanilla)

Lunch of steamed green beans, roast beef, chopped salad with vegan dressing ( and no sugar), 1/4c cannelini beans

Dinner of Wild-caught salmon, and veggies of choice (chopped salad, steamed veggies, or veggies soup)

Snacks:
protein drink
dark chocolate (85%)
kombucha
nuts/nut butters

    Im guessing popcorn isnt an option for a snack?!

    And what about pork??? I know she says no red meat, chicken and turkey are allowed but what about pork?

    Popcorn is a grain, so not during the actual reset, no.
    Meats are allowed, but find organic, grass-fed, etc. I'm not a pork eater myself, so I never even ate it.
    The diet excludes conventional meat. Initially I ate small amounts of organic meats, due to the price. I ate fish more, and used eggs and protein drinks. I didn't bother getting organic eggs, I just got trader joe's mostly.
