At my wits end!

I am very frustrated! I have been trying to lose weight and have played with the same 3 lbs for the last 6 mos. I am 46 y/o, I am eating between 1300-1864 net calories/day. I walk/jog 3-5 day/wk (between 4-6.25 miles). I did a VLCD for almost 2 yrs before I smartened up. I think, no I KNOW I messed up my metabolism, but dang! How long is it going to take before I can lose more than 3 lbs?!? I do not belong to a gym but I have an oly bar with weights here along with a treadmill and stationary bike. On most days, I walk the track at the local high school. I have started NROL4W but didn't get past week 1 Stage 2. I try to get between 90-100 gr of protein/day. I've had bloodwork done and everything is fine. I'm ready to pull my hair out! Please help!
