    Today for lunch I made a protein smoothie using a vegan grain-free protein mix, some curly parsley, golden flaxseed and a few hazelnuts.
    I also made a chopped salad with Trader Joe's Pollo Asada chicken, chopped Romaine, finely chopped Kale, chopped Tomato, chopped Avocado, and 2T Trader Joe's Salsa Authentica.
    I drink Hot Tea sweetened with stevia with most of my meals!
    And 2 squares of dark chocolate for dessert.
