The goal is to eat 454g or 16oz of non-starchy veggies daily, including dark leafy greens!!
Weigh your veggies in grams as you make your meal, is one way to do it.
How do you keep track?

I tried it this way today: In the morning, I weighed-out 1lb of veggies (454g) into a tray. I logged all the veggies already today, and will log anything else I eat for breakfast/lunch/dinner.

Mostly I'm interested in how much sugar and fiber the veggies contain. There's not a lot of cals. Also eating this much in veggies is really satisfying, so I don't feel a need to cheat!

It worked great! I weighed-out another 454g (1 pound) of veggies tonight...they're in a dish in the fridge, and I pre-logged them for tomorrow. Eating a pound of veggies is my key to weight loss!!
