Can someone explain what a reverse crunch modified to push-up is? I looked in the book and couldn't find anything about it.

I don't understand the question. Push ups are for chest and are in the prone position. crunches are for the abs and in the supine position. I need a little more detail on what you're looking for here. If it's a reference in the book, I don't have page numbers as I use my kindle, so I'll need some individually identifiable text to run a search on the book.

I'm going on memory here, but I don't remember this "move" either.

Eh, no worries. I just did crunches, then flipped over and did push-ups.

I am doing this stage now and I do not recognize this move?

Edit: I mean I do reverse crunches and push-ups, but they aren't together. :)
