Hi Everyone.
I started on MFP in 2011. Over the next 2 years I lost 96lbs doing low carb. In Dec 2013 I got pregnant with #3, had him in 2014, and have spent all of 2015 trying to lose this 40lbs I gained on a calorie controlled diet. (NOT WORKING) I'm back to low carb. I lost 6lbs in 7 days! yay! but now the scale won't move?.... what am I doing wrong? I had so much success last time. Can anyone take a look at my diary and see what I'm doing wrong? I do have a 7 carb beer at night. could that be it?

Reading your post, it's hard to tell if you lost 6 lbs in 7 days and now, a few days later, haven't lost anything additional or if you lost 6 lbs in 7 days and now, a few MONTHS later, haven't lost any more. One would be "normal" on a weight loss journey, the other might be called a stall.0
