    Good morning, everyone,

    I lost a pound this week. I'm so happy to be back on track - I've been in a holding pattern for several months.
    Starting weight for this Challenge: 182
    Current weight: 181
    Goal weight: 162

    Hey! So, I hadn't weighed in at all in one month.. AUG 24-SEPT 24. A great success for me! Hah!
    So my weigh-in details today included weight and measurements!
    So, here they are..
    Weight LOST: 8.8lbs
    Inches LOST: 10.25in

    I'm impressed and this is totally what I needed to push me to keep going!!
