One thing I have done for a Mid Morning snack in the past is take two slices of WW Whole Wheat or Rye at 45 Calories per slice. I can sometimes find 40 calorie per slice Whole Wheat Bread. Then I use two slices of 40 calories Cheese from a 16 pack, Velveeta wrapped slices for example, It appears that the smaller count packages run a higher calorie count. Low Fat cheese could be used instead, I used what my Brother buys. Take a little flat griddle pan, spritz with ICBINB and grill them that way, pretty tasty and satisfied my craving for a grilled Cheese. I used a small Sauce pan for weight on the sandwich as it grilled.

Not the best SC or PF but if You have a craving.................

Good Luck
Roger
