On the phone app you can highlight a portion of time in the "Calories burned estimate" and scroll to various day and see what calories were burned on other days during that same highlighted segment.
So what, who cares?
I use this to get a more accurate "calories burned estimate. Like I know I'm done working out and will just be sitting on my fat *kitten* from 7pm-midnight and it's 7pm now. I just highlight 7pm-midnight and scroll to a day with similar activity and add that to actual calories burned. Better way to figure out if you need to workout instead on relying on the ever changing "Estimated burn" which is good but based on an average.
