Week 21 Day 1 Check-In
So I fell off completely for about a month or so, But I am back! As a kick start I am going to try the Slimfast 3-2-1 plan for a week in addition to hitting the gym at least 3 days this week . I will also pay more attention to my steps again and try to get back into chugging the water! I am breaking out so bad from eating bad and not drinking enough water.....I do not feel 100% in it but I am hoping after the gym tomorrow I will

Week 21 Day 2 check-in!
I made it to the gym this morning and it felt GREAT! 3.4 miles on the treadmill , taking it easy my first week back

Week 21 Day 4 Check-In!
A little tough getting up at 4am this morning, almost didn't! I had to remind myself how much better I feel once I am at the gym and that helped mew get moving. I did 3.46 miles on the treadmill
I was sad to see a 1.3lb gain since yesterday morning but WHATEVER lol
