Program

Hi Guys!

Great first class today!! Keep bringing the energy.

I have been getting several questions about the program we will be following. Here is what the layout looks like

Monday/Thursday - Chest, Shoulders, Triceps, Quads, Abs
Tuesday/Friday - Back, Biceps, Glutes, Hamstrings, Abs
Wednesday/Saturday - Cardio (Saturday on own)
Sunday - Off Rest

Every two weeks we will progress the class and change the workouts. I will demo on Monday and Tuesday only every two weeks.
