goals

My goal this week is to workout five days. I worked out for 30 minutes yesterday in a bootcamp class. I'm very sore today!

    My goals are to lose weight at a comfortable and healthy rate (no specific amount in mind) and decrease body fat/maintain muscle mass. Ideally my end goal would be to decrease my body fat percentage between 8-10%.

    My goal this week is to continue to work out daily despite being on overnights, which makes it very difficult to find time for myself.
