Is this good? I don't have a doc appointment until Oct 8th. The last week they have been in the 70 range, the week before in the 80's. Does anyone have any idea? Thanks in advance

If you feel fine, I would imagine it is fine. The 70's to 90s is where most people strive to be at. You must be doing something right. :)

My BG has been low the last few days, and it hasn't hit a 4 yet today. It was 3.9 first thing in the morning and it did its usual drop after eating to 3.7 (I think that is a 70 to a 65).

I ran out of test strips, but mine is usually around 4.3mmol/L 2 hours post meal, which is about 77md/dL. About the same apon waking in the morning. The only time mine was any lower was after having gestatinal diabetes and having my daughter, they were giving me glucose in the hospital to raise it back up. I think it was about 55md/dL and I felt pretty crappy.

I have read that is OK if one is in ketosis because one has ketones for brain fuel. I know if one is fighting cancer in ketosis that 65-70 BG is recommended by some protocols to lessen the food supply for cancer.
