A few cheesy questions

I have organized a dinner party for coming friday night, and have decided to finally try and make my own cheesecake. How ever I have never made one myself, so my plan is to make one the day before and see how it turns out, so if it fails I have got enough time to make something else. So, lets pretend the cheesecake turns out great and it doesnt get eaten in one sitting, I have got the following questions:

1) Can I freeze the cheesecake and thaw when I want to eat it?
2) If I make the cheesecake in little muffin cups instead of a whole cheesecake, do I adjust the cooking time/temperature?
3) How long will a cheesecake last in the fridge?
