All the high protein recipes I have seen are baked cheesecakes, and I personally prefer the non-baked kind. I'm just wondering if anyone has tried making a non-bake version that is low cal, high protein?? If not, I'm going to have a play around with a couple of recipes over the weekend and see what I can come up with...
I've mastered the fluff. It's time to move to cheesecakes. Here's a quickie that can be made and eaten in the same day. I took a basic recipe for cheesecake and tweaked it for a low fat / high protein version. Once I get a solid basic cheesecake down, I want to experiment with some different flavor combinations. My…

How ever I have never made one myself, so my plan is to make one the day before and see how it turns out, so if it fails I have got enough time to make something else. I want to make this for my honey for Father's Day. Anyone have a good diet recipe? I was thinking of mixing Key Lime Jello mix, FF Cool Whip and LF Sour Cream together and putting it in a graham cracker crust and chilling but I'm not just real sure how it will turn out. Any suggestions?
Anyone have a recipe for this? Tried it recently.....Delish :) :) :)
