Hi I'm Tahra, I'm truly focused for this Challenge and very self motivated. In the mornings, I will do a rotation in the morning using 21 Day Fix 30 mins for 4 weeks, Insanity Max 30 - 4 weeks & T25 for 4 weeks. In the evenings, 5 days a week, I will do a 60 minute rotation. My goal is to reduce a minimum of 20 inches and 20 lbs by December 20th. Currently I wear a 12 in dress and some 10's my goal is a perfect 10.

Hey, I'm Zach. Missed you guys start date, but I'm trying to get it in to! Lol. Just now getting back into working out after a pretty big layoff-figure the best way is just to dive in, right? Have 3 programs I'm kinda splitting the: classic insanity & couch25k for my cardio and have a weight lifting program...actually called The Program, by Andrew Winge, M.D. First goal is to unslob myself and drop about 25lbs by my birthday: 1/19, and this looked like a good place to start. Was looking for motivation and some accountability partners to keep me on track when I ran across this group. Not exactly sure how it all works yet (only really used the calorie counter before) but feel free to add me as friends and talk junk if I'm start slacking. And good luck to everyone with their own goals.0
