Hiya, new member of the group here :)
I've been theoretically 5:2ing for over a year, but more seriously this year - combined with increased activity I've lost about 10kg. I'm not super strict with fast day calories, and I still eat too much on the other days, but it's working anyway, hooray!
Nice to join y'all - anything I should know about how the group works?
