Fell off the wagon!

Not a good day yesterday - ate over my calories and didn't exercise. It's funny how one spirals into the other - I ate heavy food (noodle casserole) and then didn't exercise because I felt so huge and bloated -- yuk! Goes to show eating well and exercising go hand in hand.

Plan on catching up on the program tonight and getting back on track!

Have any of you fell off the program for a day or two or are you pretty much disciplined to the program?

    i fall off all the time. im bad for that.

    Last round I fell off the wagon a couple times but all you have to do is when you fall off the wagon is just get back on the wagon the next meal and make sure you do the workout videos! :)

    I'm starting my 2nd round on Monday of the 21 day fix! :)
