Hello- New to the group

Hello! I just joined MFP about 2 weeks ago. I am eating LCHF and I can't believe how good I feel. I have lost around 10 pounds so I'm super motivated right now. I have suffered from PCOS since 1994 but wasn't actually diagnosed until 2002. I really haven't done anything to help with the symptoms because I have always believed if I was at a healthy weight they would lessen. I'm not sure if this is true or not but I'd like to get to that weight and find out! I have about 100 pounds to lose but my first goal is 50.
I'd love to have some friends who understand the struggle and embarrassment (ugh facial hair!) of PCOS. I don't post daily because I work long hours but I do my food log every day so I'm always checking in.
