Struggling

I have started my 2 week shake diet. I am supposed to drink 5 protein shakes a day. It's been a struggle because of working night shift. My lack of intact is making me so tired at work. Any suggestions? Also what is your favorite flavor to add to your shakes? I'm tired of just plain vanilla or plain chocolate.

I liked peanut butter, or peanut flour, bananas and just about any fruit.0

I used Unjury unflavored with Crystal Light. Also, Isopure Zero Carb.0

I used unflavored Syntrax Nectar in bone broth to add variety and get rid of a couple of sweet shakes a day. You do have to mix the protein powder with a bit of cool broth before mixing with hot. I often added a dash of sriracha. My surgeon is a vegan and didn't love the bone broth but it fit all the guidelines so he couldn't really argue.0

When I was so exhausted during that time, my nut advised to up my intake of shakes and drink more water. Hope that helps and remember, it is only one phase of the journey.0
