Well these thread starters work great with my goal to be more consistent! That's my October goal - to consistently make smarter choices throughout the day/week/month.0

I'm keeping my goals fairly basic:
1. Follow my training plan: Of course allowing for the occasions of illness where I have to rest, but to get back on track for my Olympic Tri in just over a month I need to be consistent. If I follow my training consistently this month I'll go get myself a massage!
2. Drink plenty of water: Back to the goal of drinking water with each activity. Folding laundry? Drink a bottle of water. Getting dinner ready? Drink a bottle of water.
3. Do a brick workout every other week: get my legs used to running off of the bike. I'll do my normal bike, and then add a 2-3 mile run at the end. Be more prepared come race day!0
