Walked w/the boys this morning then got on the bike and watched an episode of Castle that made me laugh out loud!

We have crazy, cold, fierce winds tonight. I had to close the windows!!

Managed 5.20 miles for 11,363 steps and 12.0 miles on the recumbent bike. The kids are still in D'land so no gym today.

I hope everyone has a great Sunday!

Housecleaning all day. Eating's been enough okay to lose a couple pounds the last week or two. Back in the 150's. It's a start.

Same crazy, cold fierce winds were bending our trees. Might bring a storm? ...fingers crossed...

    Best wishes to all,
    Paula

Rain drops on my car this morning...? Gorgeous morning! Eating not so good...up a bunch. Need head counseling.

Rest day for DH so...for me too! I think I'll get on the bike later though. Back to the garage too!

Have fun today! The kids should be home later. Bean misses them a bunch.

    TTFN

Despite the misty rainy day we got our matches in today. My team won all 5 matches. My doubles partner and I won 6-0 & 6-1. Hopefully after all scores are posted we will be in 2nd place in the division.

Chris can I join you for that counseling session? I feel your pain.

    Goodnight,
    Kathy

Group counseling, hooray! Been fighting the good fight. Thought of you and snap peas, Chris, two nights ago when I was headed to the kitchen for root beer and crackers. Managed to return with just a diet soda to quench the sweet tooth. Thanks!

This weekend was all workaholic. Housecleaning-major yesterday. Fence-building, 2mile-walking and wood-racking today. (Wood-stacking happens later.) Earned this exhaustion. Get to read a book or fall asleep or absolutely whatever.

Have a stack of dvds to choose from. :yum:

SHELLEY!!! Where are you and what are your plans for your birthday tomorrow??? HAPPY BIRTHDAY, SHELLEY!!! <3<3<3

OMG! I was going for the smiley guy to put the hearts next to the HB and hit the FLAG on Paula's post!! I wonder what will happen now?!?!!? Sorry!!

Group counseling is the best! Need to empty shelves. Need to figure out how to go to 1st grade at 11:30 and already have lunch. I've been taking things that I shouldn't be taking to the classroom. That's thrown me off some.

Today was a rest day for my DH so no walking. I got on the recumbent for 24.03 miles though! Two episodes of Castle!! And I finished the book I was working on. Started a new one.

So I have 24.03 miles in 88 minutes for 600+ calories.

Chris I have been so busy! My poor Angel did not survive. And the butterfly fish, Al, has marine ick. I have done loads of research on the best ways of eradicating it. At this stage of the aquarium I am going with hyposalinity treatment. I will be lowering the specific gravity (salt) in the tank over several days to exactly .009. This will cause the parasite to "burst" during its free swimming stage. This will take about 8 weeks. I feel very confident Al will recover and the tank will have a clean bill of health.

Today I went to a junior hockey game. We lost. :( Then went to a friend's for his surprise birthday party. Then to an early birthday dinner. Home to meet my daughter and her family for cupcakes. Her husband made me a bat box! So awesome. I gave him a book on making bat houses. I bought the book at a bat sanctuary years ago. He has already sold a few. Fabulous gift. Hmmm, whatever will I feed my little bats. Muahaha Chris who needs a hamster now?

Paula glad you are working on the home front. I went through some more drawers today. Tossed 3 bags and found some graduation proofs from high school. While the room does not look any different I feel great getting rid of so much. One drawer only has some new uniform tops and pants that need patches and hemmed. Must find time to do that!

I love the workout idea gals. And I could use some group counseling.

    Shelley.
