    Sherry have you messed around with taping your ankle? Friend of mine started taping her knee (her kneecap shifts when she runs) and it was a game changer for her. Apparently you can find videos online on how to tape different areas.

    My Jason workout last night went fine. I picked up my prescription first & took the first dose right away. He took it pretty easy on me.

    My plan is to take another rest day today, then do my ZMix class tomorrow. I have an appointment after work for an oil change & to get my tires rotated at the dealership where I bought my car.

    Marla - glad you found a nia class you can do at least occasionally, I know how much you love them. So glad you had a wonderful weekend!

    Laura - glad they figured out what' showing on! Hopefully you'll start feeling better quickly!

    Sherry - ugh, it's so hard when our kiddos are sick! Hopefully she starts feeling better soon!

    Got most of my church stuff done already! I'm headed to the Y to ride the indoor bike, and later this morning I'm going for a quick swim. I might also try to snag a nap as well! I have a staff meeting this afternoon. Eating went fairly well yesterday. I didn't log because I was so focused on getting everything caught up that I basically forgotl. Not too worried, I didn't really snack and had good meals.

    I'm hoping to also make my October goals today.

    Great thread starter today!

    Laura, I haven't considered taping. It's a deep muscular thing that runs right down to the tendon. I need to research a little further, because I read a mention of something the other day on a blog that might be similar, so I just need to look into it. Right now it hurts so bad. I shouldn't have been wearing my running shoes the past couple days, but I always think, "it's just to school and back", but here I am hurting. I need to really commit to doing my heel drops and adding weight, and to wearing the shoes that I know help (all stars). I've been too inconsistent and now I'm just downright sad to not be running, esp this time of year.

    Another day of just doing all the running around, shopping, cooking, etc and got 16000 steps by 6:30pm. It's just going to have to be enough for today.

    Hope you feel better Laura, I woke up with feeling yucky like cold coming on and throat is hoarse. Taking lots of vitamins and tea.

    Got home late, had to do errands in next town over before cable guy came but of course I didn't need to rush as he came at 4:30 when window was 2-4!!!

    Taking a few days off exercise until my body feels better, my hubby is going out of town to help daughter buy a car. So glad to be near our kids again!! It will be wonderful to have a few days alone, I never get that. I am always the one who travels alone.

    I am still doing great with food, crossing fingers and toes!!! Even at Julie's I ate healthy every time we went out.
