I figured I'd start up a few discussion threads so that we can get things a little more active around here!

What are your fitness/weight loss goals?

I weighed low 140s all through high school and college. Over the past decade, with a stressful career and a pregnancy, I've crept up to 168. My goal is to feel comfortable in my body--I don't have a specific number I'm dead set on, but imagine it will probably be in the 140s. Most of my pants are 8s, and I'd like them to fit. I also want to be able to be physically active without being winded, and strong enough to participate in fun activities (I'm interested in trying obstacle racing and rock climbing).
