Does anyone do facial exercise? I dont have a lot of wrinkles by I do have some sagging jowls and smile lines that I hate. I have heard facial exercises work, but have also heard they dont work. I was wondering if anyone does them, do they work and how long does it take to see results?

I have heard both theories too. And wondered. Anyone?

I did them for a bit (around a month), more because of potential for helping TMJ problems than anything else. The source said you should begin to see results in 3 weeks to a month. They felt good, and were relaxing, and I guess it's possible that there was some visible effect, but certainly nothing dramatic. (Shrug.) I guess I must've implicitly decided they weren't worth the time, since I stopped. (P.S. for clear communication purposes: I'm not very motivated to do things by their potential to improve my appearance. Meh.)

I started doing them today. I will check in at the end of the month and let everyone know if I am seeing any improvement. I have heard different response to how long it takes to see any results. I am not expecting anything drastic, but I would like some improvement on my jowls, neck and mouth lines (puppet lines). I figure if you can tone all the other muscles in your body...why not your face muscles?

That makes sense to me. I will be interested in hearing your results.
